Our Team

Originally starting from humble beginnings, Forest Sofa now employs over 70 different people across a wide range of roles. Our bustling factory is where you will find the majority of our employees, whether they are in our wood mill producing our beachwood frames; cutting and sewing our premium aniline leathers or perhaps adding the buttons to our deep buttoned chesterfields – the factory is the heart of our company.

Our team includes a whole factory workforce, all specialising in different aspects of production, wood cutters, strainers, machinists, upholsterers, deep buttoners, leather and fabric cutters, to furniture packers and finally to van loaders.

As well as our large factories, based across two locations, we have team of directors, sale teams, a marketing team, as well as factory managers and directors.
